We ship to all states in USA. We use UPS for all of our shipments. We use a flat rate shipping charge for all of our items shipped. The address must be a confirmed address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical street address.
We do not combine shipping! Our shipping process is automated from our different warehouses.
Refunds and Returns
**NO CASH REFUNDS** Refunds will be given as EXCHANGE ONLY.
Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refunds are given ONLY if an item is found defective on arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees. Please note that we will charge a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost for free shipping items for all items returned and refunded or exchanged which were not defective.
All purifiers must be used as directed.
